Per descrivere l’esperienza a Les sables noirs si possono usare davvero tanti aggettivi superlativi. Ancora prima di arrivare in struttura abbiamo avuto un problema con i mezzi per raggiungere l’isola , ma nonostante il poco preavviso e la tarda ora serale il direttore de Les sables noirs Andrea Caristi ci ha aiutati. Il personale di reception a completa disposizione H24 , alle ore 22.30 ci ha prenotato un gommone per l’indomani senza esitazioni; il personale di sala e bagnini attenti a tutto e molto colloquiali. Le stanze sono dei veri mini appartamenti, con ogni confort di casa a tua disposizione, il nostro “ appartamento “ oltre ad avere una meravigliosa vista , aveva ad uso esclusivo nostro una vasca idromassaggio esterna con vista sulla spiaggia delle sabbie nere . La terrazza di Les sables noirs è conosciuta ovunque per la meravigliosa vista che offre ma abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di assaggiare la loro cucina accompagnata da vini locali e cocktail eccellenti . Che dire , non vediamo l’ora di poter ritornare.

Struttura bella e ben organizzata. Camere molto ben arredate, pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale e’ molto gentile, la spiaggia e’ comoda, la colazione e’ nella media (non mi ha entusiasmato come qualità dei prodotti ma c’è tutto ed è’ ben presentata) c’è anche un servizio di light lunch. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno piacevole sull’isola di Vulcano.

In vacanza a Vulcano per un paio di giorni,io e la mia amica decidiamo di andare a fare aperitivo in questo posto consigliato da amici…arriviamo e un cameriere ci accoglie dicendo “vi posso offrire un prosecco di benvenuto?” Noi accettiamo e nel frattempo ci viene detto che purtroppo non c’era posto per fare aperitivo in quanto il locale era pieno! Ci godiamo il nostro prosecco,in piedi,con una vista mozzafiato sul tramonto e mentre ce ne stavamo andando veniamo letteralmente inseguite da un altro cameriere che ci chiede di pagare il cocktail di benvenuto! Altro che “vi posso offrire”! Ovviamente abbiamo pagato ma è stato davvero imbarazzante. Bello il panorama,bella la struttura ma per il resto completamente bocciato!

Lovely hotel in a strategic location, on the beach and five minutes walk from Vulcano’s restaurants, lively bars and shopping area. Rooms are very nicely designed and recently renovated. The bedroom is separate from the living room (both rooms have doors) with the bathroom in the middle. Quiet decent size pool at perfect temperature! Private beach on the calm sabbie nere bay. Mario the lifeguard on the beach is a superstar and very knowledgable on the best places where to eat on the island. Aperitif on the terrace has breathtaking views but do book well in advance, even before you get there, to secure your table. If you have the chance, visit the nearby islands by boat. Overall we had a lovely stay. Friendly staff, attentive hotel manager.

Ottimo posto! Dotato di piscina, a due passi dal mare e dal centro del paese. Sicuramente comodo anche per le famiglie che vogliono passare del tempo sull'isola. Personale cordiale e disponibile, aperitivi eccezionali sulla terrazza che offre dei tramonti stupendi.

Les Sables Noirs è un istituzione a Vulcano, da sempre si identifica con la bellezza dell'isola che ha il suo elemento più caratteristico proprio in quella spiaggia di Ponente, nera e racchiusa in una baia dal panorama mozzafiato; a tutto questo corrisponde un'ospitalità garbata ed attenta da parte di tutto il personale che rende il soggiorno godibile e rilassante... le camere dell'hotel sono fresche e spaziose, la colazione varia e servita con gentilezza, la presenza di Mario, il giovane bagnino della spiaggia è generosa e si distingue per l'entusiasmo con cui lavora e poi c'è la Spa con la competenza di Patrizia e la sua simpatia. Il punto focale dell'hotel è la terrazza panoramica in cui ad ogni tramonto si celebra il rito di un aperitivo raffinato, reso indimenticabile dal cangiante spettacolo del cielo e del mare accesi di luci e fasciati di ombre... da provare almeno una volta per non dimenticarlo più! Abbiamo passato una settimana in pieno relax , coccolate e appagate dalla naturalezza di tutto il contesto che in realtà è sostenuto da un grande e accurato lavoro da parte di tutti. Grazie, ritorneremo!
